30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and a prepaid shipping label with instructions.
Please do not send items back without requesting a return first — they won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order, no questions asked.
Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your payment data is processed securely and never stored on our servers.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to you.
Movere is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping provider.
